My little problem solver

I try very hard to be aware of Elsie's hunger pains. When she gets hungry, she either yells in my face, "FOOD!" followed by a tantrum, or she takes matters into her own hands, as the pictures below show.

my first thought, what is she doing?

Oh yes, the 4 hour old cold cereal that has been sitting in the sink!

Notice how she is turned away from me while she puts the spoon in her mouth. I think she must have known she was being disgusting.

Oh well, isn't she cute?

I had the BEST laugh. Thanks
(I really just don't get this immediate hunger thing she does...I don't know where it comes from)

From the last picture, you would have never guessed what she'd been up to. The progression of pictures is better than any video-it really made me laugh

Well, she is building up an immune system that will survive any of the horsemen of the apocalypse.

I love how her feet aren't even touching in the first picture. Whatever it takes to get to the good stuff, right?
